По заверениям самой фирмы ,что далеко не правда фирма UT OVERSEAS INC обладает усечённой лицензией ЦБ РФ,что не даёт ей право торговать на Московских биржах. Фирма UT OVERSEAS INC вынуждена привлекать фирму ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ в качестве агента-брокера. То есть все мои сделки совершённые мною в торговом терминале AURORA по версии UT OVERSEAS INC выводила на биржу именно ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ. Беда в следующем. ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ по телефону первоначально категорически отказывается подтверждать факт обслуживания этой платформы и договорные отношения с UT OVERSEAS INC, затем официальным письмом в ЦБ РФ пишет,что эту платформу не обслуживает, с разработчиками этой платформы и с правообладателями договорных отношений не поддерживает. Спустя почти год настойчивых требований фирма UT OVERSEAS INC высылает мне на физический адрес отчёт подготовленный двумя этими фирмами. То есть фирма ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ достав какой-тот очень пыльный договор за 2012 год который нельзя проверить высылает мне отчёт напечатанный 6-ым шрифтом на 327 страницах содержащий более чем 100000 сделок. С 2012 года фирма ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ неоднократно меняла адрес.У неё приостанавливали лицензию за манипуляции на рынке ценных бумаг. А договор за 2012 год остался до сих пор действующим. Судите сами есть ли хоть какой -либо смысл иметь дело с такими мошенниками.

А вот одна из 327 страниц которую мне переслала фирма UT OVERSEAS INC.Эти документы подготовили и подписали ОАО ИК АЙ ТИ ИНВЕСТ. Чем мне понравилась эта страница( она не одна такая). Обратите внимание на время проведения сделок с фьючерсами на Московских биржах. Насколько я понимаю сделки совершены после закрытия торгов на Московских биржах, что возможно только в случае если торги проводятся на бирже FOREX. А вот как поступает эта чудо фирма когда им высылаешь ответ ЦБ РФ в котором говорится о том что эта фирма не имеет лицензии ЦБ и просто не имеет право организовывать торги на фондовом рынке России. Они просто представляются другим юридическим лицом. Что в большинстве цивилизованных стран уголовное преступление.
